Remember that he's not actually being investigated, by all accounts. Stormy Daniels has nothing to do with Mueller and neither he nor his office have commented on anything. There's an ongoing joke that his spokesman has the easiest job in the world, as he answers, "No comment", to literally everything.

And let's just see if I've got one last thing straight: you mean to say that neither the fact that Meyer was Jewish, nor the fact that Ellman was at this talk, were mentioned during Ellman's appearance on Newsnight? An edition which also had a segment devoted to "fake news"?
