Just been listening to somebody tell me how many steps they've done... 13,000 steps. What the **** are these 'step' people? Boring ****.

 

Exercise monitors Tel, do catch up.

 

tbf, i monitor my steps. If i do 7500 for 3 days in a week on my fitbit, i get a free starbucks (that i don't really get most of the times) and a free cinema ticket.

Not necessarily something i talk or brag about though
