    If we're going to loan him to a Championship/ Non PL club then we're going to have to subsidise some of the wages.

    Only really works if you've got ****e loads & I mean ****e loads of spare "don't know what to do with" cash, per Chelski & MC. Lesser mortals, even including the likes of MU wouldn't be able to fund such an adventurous outlay. As they say, "money goes to money" - yes, I appreciate they've got to make it work tho, as Chelski seem to have done from what's been said earlier in the thread.

    The secret footballer is someone who writes a column and I believe has written a book chatting about a load of stuff behind the scenes in the professional game. He doesn't want to reveal his identity I guess as he could be sued or something for some of the stuff he has said. But over the years he has revealed a few facts about himself which has narrowed down the possibilities of who it could be to just 1, Dave Kitson.

    Forster to Burnley on loan might "have legs".....

    But, firstly, would that mean he become their 1st choice ahead of Heaton? Secondly, would he/club prefer a clean break sale; enabling both parties to 'move on'

    Anyone else a bit nervous as we don't seem to be signing a new striker? I guess our Boufal and Carillo replacements are Gallagher and Sims. I want to give them a go so decisions can be made whether they can step up, I just wish the other three (Long, Austin & Gabbi) were a bit more prolific/fit.

    Hopefully with our new signings we will be scoring from all over the pitch a bit more. :emoticon-0107-sweat

    Same as you really, I would be worried if we didn't sign a striker. But on the other hand another striker just pushes Sims, Gallagher and Hesketh further from a starting place; and they need to play.

    So torn, really.

    Well in terms of a striker if we signed one I would be more inclined to sell one of Austin/Long before Gallagher if we really think he has a future.
