    Good Morning Everyone

Leeds finished their pre season preporation with a 1-0 win over Las Palmas courtesy of a Roofe goal two minutes before time.

    Here are the talking points.

Las Palmas hit the bar twice in the first half. It seemed to me that Peacock Farrell did not get close to these set pieces. Who's the better keeper Peacock Farrell or Blackman?

Liam Cooper was given a hard time yesterday by the ER faithful. We know he isn't the most gifyed player in the Leeds team, but he always gives 100%.

If you pay the price for admission, should you be allowed to cheer or boo whover you want or should you get behind your team no matter what?

Jay Roy Grot has been speaking to the Dutch papers about how crowd negativity and social media put downs destoyed his confidence:

“My self-confidence became less, my game too. Suddenly I had a hard time keeping up with the pace. I flew from front to back and from left to right, gasping for breath. I am someone who is very critical. I’m very strict with myself.

“Trainers and teammates continued to support me, and there were also supporters who said: ‘He’s young and you still have to get used to him, give him time’. But they were drowned out by whistling people in the stadium, by hateful Twitterers. It was also me, if ten people are positive and one negative, then the words of that one will remain.”

Klich was on form yesterday, but will he last the season?

It seems Foreshaw will be out of action for for time than was thought. More to follow....

Saiz has been slated on social media this morning saying the 27yo looked lazy and uninterested during yesterdays game. If the money were to be reinvested, who would accept 7-8m? (To me, I thought Hernandez looked lacklustre).

Douglas has signed, but will he start against Stoke.

Bamford has his medical today at Thorp Arch. Obviously, he wasn't our first choice forward, but have Leeds done well in landing him, especially for 7m?

Sampdoria are interested in Ronaldo Viera, but are only willing to stump up 2.67m. I think the second word is off....

So the twitterati and those watching the games in the stadium are to blame.
I am not guilty on either count. But if the snowflake cant cope with Twitter then he should been told or have known himself not to go on it.

Morning all. We need the new signings to hit the ground running as I don’t believe a large chunk of last seasons team is good enough. No amount of extra training from Bielsa will likely change that. Here’s hoping Bamford isn’t the last new face to arrive

Not sure where you’re coming from there. Looked like he had the first one covered... the second was an Exocet. Who’s the better keeper? Too early to tell.

Don’t agree with booing players... counterproductive.

Good Morning to Matt and co from a dull Bardsey
I have to go for a speed awareness course today what a joke I was doing 37 on a dual carriageway opposite Squires Gate airport
I am not pleased and believe me they will have wished I had not been invited!
I still think that we are still in for Vydra as it would make sense as Bamford and Vydra could work well off each other on being a right footed player and the other a left
Derby have commited themselves to buying Marriot and tentatively to Waghorn the latter is up in smoke unless they can get a result from Vydra
Leeds can now go in once they sign Bamford and say look we will pay you x and y if we gain promotion and you will have to sort out Vydra who lets face it has shown what a totally greedy person he is so to my way of thinking we are in the driving seat
We still whatever need a second striker Hughill has made it clear he wants to stay at WHU and fight for a place so leave him there I like the look of Nelson Oliviera at Norwich who could be our main
striker he has excellent touches and Norwich want rid so a bid of say£3m should start the ball rolling
Saiz has been got at so sell him for£8m it will pay flor all the bad buys we have made
Blackman should start for me along with Klitch
We still need another CB and Madison swap plus cash for Ekuban
Cooper is 100% player but sorry he his not good enough if we want a top6 finish
Bamford I valued at £5m not consistent enough great feet good header but tends to loose concentration

Morning Glory, I remember you screaming (and turning a worryingly purple colour) at Sam Byram a few seasons back...

Morning Milky, the way I saw it the first one grazed the crossbar, but had it been a couple of inches lower, I didn't think he would have got close to it. Second free kick was a missile.

Looking forward to seeing Douglas's free kicks.

    Good morning all
i know nothing at all about Jack harrison, but looking at the videos above he looks usefull (mind you i could look good on these videos) however did not realise he has made england apearances,so must be a quality player,Also which is even more intriguing could this be the fabled Man city connection starting to come into play?.So on paper looks a very good move, another British grafter instead of some lightweight continental player we are all to used to.
so a big thumbs up from me,looks like things could be coming together nicely.

Morning Mike, were you doing 37 in a 30, or 37 in a 60. I though dual carriageway was an automatic 60. Always nice to get an invite though...

Looks like Ekuban has just disappeared... No sign of him all pre season...

    And GWR,,,
He had serious talent and with Warnock and his agents help has thrown it away.
Properly managed and looked after he could have been an England regular.
