i think we'll finish around tenth. But you never know. There are a lot of question marks against most of the contenders.
Three of the 'big' midlands clubs will be promoted - IF key players stay relatively injury free, I expect we'll be comfortably mid-table.
Agree, but as you say we have to hope we stay injury free, and we get off to a reasonable start, beginning to warm a bit towards positive Nigel, hope for his sake we don't spend the season looking over our shoulders at the bottom three.
Stoke Forest WBA Although you could take a punt on any of the Midlands clubs bar Birmingham. We'll finish near the bottom 20th-24th, hopefully 20th.
Surprised to see Millwall as a tip, despite how well they did last year. For me, an unsurprising guess at: WBA, Stoke and Boro. We'll finish in and around 16th place
Skin of teeth survival.. Are we having an official champions of PL, Championship, L1, L2, relegated compo.
This season I'll be happy with anywhere around 15th / 16th.. I think for the first time the 3 that came down will go back up. The teams like Derby have had multiple chances to go up and there is a gap even between those at the bottom of the poem and the top of the championship. IMO
Rowetts blown it with derby. Dunno if he's got what it takes. Think Darren moores inexperience will find him out at wba. Pulis will do it. This time If Brucey gets some stability in the owners he's got a chance with villa.
If we can avoid injuries then mid-table would be a decent outcome, if we have a poor run of injuries and have to rely on the u23s week in week out then I can see a relegation scrap. If we can sign a decent centre forward, then maybe we could aim higher. This league is a marathon and not a sprint, it is going to be an interesting season. Supporting city is never boring.
I find it hard to predict , was looking at the coupons yesterday . Probably due to distraction of World Cup but I haven't noticed many major transfers in, off top of my head I can only think of ince to stoke and Harry Wilson to Derby . ... think we will be 15th-17th
