It's not the same support we had at Roker or the first few years at the SOL. The only arguing I've ever done with our own fans has been the last few years. I just can't tolerate the place emptying after 70 minutes anymore, so when I see them leave, I make sure everybody is aware so they feel a bit of a dick with all eyes on them. It pisses me off so much.

That's true. I did say that he was Potentially the best owner we've had in ages. There's no guarantees and I am expecting that he'll make mistakes along the way. He seems to be genuinely interested though but no matter how thick your skin, anyone would get fed up with bollocks the knobheads are spouting at him eventually.
At least Ellis wrote off the debt, which was without doubt a fantastic gesture. Bob was a top lad though, just not rich enough for the modern game.
Drumaville ? were our stand out owners in my time, really put us on the map, with Keane and the Irish following, we looked set fair, then as usually happens with us, events beyond our control rocked the boat. Who knows were we would be today if it had all worked out, as it looked like it was going too, but it was not to be.
It's not only tweets like this, but also the people constantly harrying him to make signings and spend money, who then go on to complain when they've "never heard of" the players we do sign. I've even seen some fans still going on about the pink seats... Not sure why fans like that are even still bothering to follow the club in League One to be honest, we'd be better off without them.
