The spin on the sale of Max is the same old BS being peddled by the management engineering our stay in the lower leagues. I don't know what annoys me most, Bates the lying snivelling snake oil salesman, or the dipstick fans who are either misunderstanding, or ignorant of what has happened at ER over the last few years. Come on guys get a grip, Bates is a manipulative conman, and if you back him you fail your club. That's my opinion, has been for a long time now. BATES OUT! whats the point of having someone in with a personal fortune of 30 mil if he wont personally invest? If we had a shrude business man running the club we could have reinvested money made back into the club without the need to touch his personal wealth. Shamefull & shocking the way Bates has/is bleeding us. Some people think of Grayson as Bates puppet. That might be the case but I think he's a Leeds fan trying to do the best he can with scraps he gets his hands on. wouldnt suprise me if the Gradel sale turns into a bit of the behind the scenes fall out, SG cant be happy with losing Gradel its just made his job much harder & its his head in the blocks if we fail.
Totally agree Bucks with your sentiments and dare I say it Brighton have repotedly offered 500k for Billy no doubt this will go in the books as 50k alomg with Gradel 2m which was probably nearer 3m the rest will be in MONACO
More likely it will end up in the East Stand piggybank. We need to scrimp and save as much money as we can to lessen the 80m loan we're going to take out to build this thing.
