My guess would be Freeman and Eze behind Smith with Luongo, Scowen and Cousins in midfield.

I desperately hope there is some option other than that spineless **** Lynch but with Furlong out for a few months and Hall presumed dead, that’s unlikely.

    It’ll be 4-3-3
    Ingram
    Kakay Lynch, Toni, Bidwell
    Luongo scowen Freeman
    Eze, Smith, Smyth

I hope. With Eze going where he likes behind the other two.

This, but Washington for Smith. Possession and passing.

Seems likely to be the eleven that started against Berlin.

Agree, and given that my original prediction was only one out, I’ll now retire from this team prediction caper.

Yes, I think I'd play 4-2-3-1, with Smith up top, Freeman, Eze and BOS behind him, with Luongo alongside Scowan.

Didn't you used to maintain that Luongo couldn't play a holding role, Col?

Bloody hell pick me up off the floor..........<laugh>

I'm also quietly optimistic about the season, maybe this is when we turn the corner and start to look upwards instead of down..........Up The R's

I think that now the FFP has been resolved, there will feel an air of closure on unknown pressures.
MY blood runs blue and white - so I am always a glass half full person and expect QPR to have a decent season surprising one or two clubs. Thnk that maybe a mid to top half is not unrealistic

    Come on you R's

This seems very likely and is what I would go for.

Even if we get a new Centre-Back before Saturday, I doubt he would play.

When Smythe is fully fit, it will be interesting to see how he will be used. I initially expect as an impact sub, but to get a full starting place, someone needs to be dropped or be injured.

As we are discussing the team for Saturday’s match, may I ask a question in QPR+?

My annual QPR+ subscription expires on 3rd August.

Will It be automatically renewed? I have not cancelled this function in my Settings.

Yesterday, I called Andy at Customer Services with no success and have sent him a mail.

    Any guidance is welcome. Thanks.
