Over the past few years we seem to have the same problem. Rubbish players get 4 year deal aka Bromby good players who are valuable get 2 years aka max,beckford Shaun Harvey is responsible for sorting these contracts and we pay him approximately 500k a year. kissa Harvey looks like the type of bloke you wouldnt leave your kids around for a second, never mind multi-pound contracts I feel pretty much feel same as you. And to be honest, am not sure I can keep paying massive season ticket prices, year after year, whilst getting dry bummed by Bates
LIW This year I couldn't afford my season ticket so my dad paid for my 21st, as of yesterday I had a massive argument with him about Leeds so can't see him paying next year! My dad is a businessman and he is very much supportive of Bates!!!!! No way am I gonna spend nearly 1500 quid a year overall (with food drink tickets petrol parking shirts) going to watch a club which is draining me and not giving me anything in return!
Spanish he wouldn't be sacked because he is running it like a business and is making money, but its not how to run a football club because you have to keep supporters happy!!!!
I don't know where he went to University or what other quals he's got. Says he worked for Scarborough, then Bradford (They did well financially didn't they) and then us. Would like to think he had an MBA or at least a business degree. Anyone know anything else about him. I'm starting my MBA and doing a strategic direction and leadership course. Can't believe I'd be more qualified that the guy "running" our club. (running it into the ground)
When you run a business its a fine balance of keeping the shareholders and board happy as well as the employees and in a retail buisness the consumer... I dont see leeds being very different.... If you dont look after your team they leave.... if you dont look after the consumer... they dont come back!
I agree spanish but we as fans will always come back because we love the club. Mickey mouse management and treating fans like kids does not bode well. We need some communication from these lot. Do we have a five year plan or does that revolve around improving ER with a hotel and shopping complex? Who owns ER? I wouldn't be building a hotel on something I didn't own so I guess I've answered my question.

the club is a shame and run as such with a bunch of cowboys in charge 500k for that tit??? WTF is going on???? A clean sweep of the lot fo them is what is needed.

I've just watched the interview with mc'd and having not really seen Shaun Harvey before it's compelled me to actually write something. What a complete f*****g tool he is, thought I was watching something off a comedy sketch show. and David Haigh, what a complete muppet, Leeds fan my arse! I'm sorry to say, and I really hope I'm wrong, but this is a quick fix that isn't gonna work!

Shaun Harvey almost sounded like he convinced himself of winning when he said here's to three points tomorrow! Seemed to me like negative body language when he put his hand to his head to hide his discomfort. Plank of wood David Haigh might as well have not been there!
