Jock picked his times. Wouldn't be surprised if he was injured & didn't play in the few games we drew/lost in '65-'66 season. Bottom line - score more than the opposition. Nearly perfect on that front. Relatively early in the season I hitched from Leeds to see City's home game against York. They beat us 1-4 ! End of season GDifference: Hull City +47 York City - 53 Funny old game. They ended up bottom, we ended up top. Bet (I can't recall) Jock didn't play that day
What an amazing ten years we have had on the field, our glory years, especially if you say the last 15 years it has been a great time. This thread brings home how many great players we have had. Unfortunately every bit of that good will has been thrown away.
One name I've not seen mentioned - Stephen Hunt, could be the type of (annoying) player we need this season
