Douglas has a wand of a left foot / great at set pieces, however a bit limited defensively and wouldn't be up to the PL. Anyway, looks like it's pretty much agreed, so if we can bring in a few more similar, I would feel a lot more confident that we can at least compete this season.
Probably his agent leaking the story to drum up more interest. That's very much how it's done these days so expect him to sign for Villa, Boro, Derby or whoever. Will be surprised if we get him.

That's exactly IMO what he's doing. He's playing every player or nearly all the players he has so he can get an idea of their weaknesses and strengths. Some will be kept, some let go or loaned out. I also like the way he only has four subs rather than the mockery of making 8 to 10 changes during the game. I certainly don't give a **** what the Oxford manager thinks of the team he brought down.
