Okay mate, I'll probably start a thread or some **** on here next time I post and then I'll just update from time to time. Like my own NOT606 blog.
CBD is legal for sale and consumption. There's grey areas that the MHRA are avoiding bringing into the real world, such as selling CBD as medicinal, it's so easy to circumvent that law that it might as well not even exist, and it would open up huge revenue streams to boost the economy.
Hybrid, so it's got Indica in it. There's only one strain that is legal in this country and it is a sativa strain. It probably will be good gear, they claim to be lab tested but anybody caught selling it in this country would have it took off them.
MHRA are tools. CBD is going to be rescheduled to a category where its medical benefits are recognised. They're looking at bringing in a CPD framework, where licences will need to be handed out to sell over a certain strength. There's movement but it's going to take a while yet.
It's definitely gathering pace. It needs proper representation though. I'm off to hit the hay bro, talk soon
I sold my soul to the devil almost 30 years ago - official job title is Government policy adviser. Had posts I hated and some I loved. The one now is completely chaotic and hugely frustrating but my team and other colleagues are fantastic.
Wrong department unfortunately. Mind you it was their building where crystal meth was found in the toiletst the other week
