He doesn't believe it, he just wants his dumbass supporters to. He knows what's actually going to happen.

He knows it's not true, because he's in on the Russian election tampering.

In these days of Russian interference,I can remember a labour candidate knocking on our door and asking me if I was voting labour as usual. How did he know?...…..and this was in the 1970's!

The best way of getting rid of political canvassers is to say that you always vote for their party. They move on quickly. I do it to all parties. If they ask you to put up a poster in your window politely refuse, saying you don't like to advertise your politics. I learnt it from an aged neighbour.

She was too sick to make it to the polling station under her own steam and this was before postal voting. The conservatives used to send a car for her so she could cast her vote. She would then vote for whoever she wanted to vote for. They were none the wiser.

The ‘Tories out’ poster in your window may have been a clue

Brief check, has anyone mentioned the ****ehawkery of the Greek Minister of National Defence blaming the people whose houses have burned down for their houses burning down?

Somewhere at Tory HQ, somebody is wishing they thought of that after the Grenfell fire.

  13. Also, without any reported evidence to date, there are official sources suggesting 'arson' behind the fires. That conveniently also gives officials a get out for failings on their side.

Officials such as the Greek Minister for National Defence, whose job happens to be mobilising the National Guard for situations such as a ****ing great big wildfire...

Today's piece of Vote Leave sleaze: evidence that, having agreed with the Remain campaign to suspend all campaigning for three days in the wake of Jo Cox's murder as a mark of respect, they promptly reneged on that agreement and resumed their campaigning the following day

What's particularly unpleasant about the ads run in this period (a list of which can be found on Carole Cadwallader's Twitter feed) is not a single one of them carried an imprint to say who paid for them, and there was all manner of nastiness including fearmongering about Turkey joining the EU (a favourite lie of Michael Gove), one masquerading as being against animal abuse (a favourite tactic of Britain First), one claiming the EU wanted to kill the British cup of tea (a favourite of Little Englander arsecandles in the Mail letters pages for several decades) and one with a photo of Jeremy Corbyn that purported to be part of the Remain campaign

More than anything else, though, there's also these ads...

Today's BBC Sleaze: it's emerged that they've been abusing Youtube's copyright takedown system to have videos from channels that they don't agree with suspended from the service, even though those channels comply with Youtube's own Fair Use guidelines

Is now a bad time to mention that the BBC received their initial Royal Charter as they "greatly assisted the government of the day" with their skewed coverage of the 1926 General Strike? You can read about it on page 43-4 of this book

No Russians! Some Russians, but nobody in the campaign! Some people in the campaign, but no collusion! Collusion's not a crime!
Keep going. It'll get there eventually.
