Ditto Bucks, enjoyed the 2nd half. Some decent displays by the young lads. Hopefully Bielsa will know his first team in his head. He seems to be using each game to see all the players play in one shape or form. Time will tell.
Right lads play nice. Got to recharge my batteries for my 8 hours work, done in 4..... Talk you lot tomorrow...
Great to see a Leeds side playing well, even if they're just young lads, eh Shako? Roberts plays older than 19. Think Baldrick Bielsa may have a cunning plan, some of the positive strands in these games may hopefully come together to produce a whole greater than the sum of it's parts. Just glad the video link didn't appear till the second half....
CH is the area that is worrying me big time,we are relying on Cooper and if that's not bad enough, him or Jannson get injured and its the kids from tonight.
On a separate note, Tom Ince to Stoke for £10m? In spite of his scumda, why were we wasting our time on Hernendez & Vydra?
It's ok, we've got the monstrous giant that is Philips. Flint was the big, skilful replacement we needed, we'll rue his going to Boro. I'd like Huth on a free to do a Bamba, but I don't think he has the technical capacity and pace to satisfy Bielsa.
We should have sent Calamity Cooper to Blackpool and gave them a few quid for their trouble and kept Paudie O'Connor for the first team
I can see a certain logic to this: http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2018/07/2...forgiven-for-being-tempted-by-reported-champ/ If we do sell, would that help us secure other targets (OK Glory, assuming Radz doesn't just line the pockets of his allegedly voluminous pantaloons)? Thoughts? He's by far the best we have, but for me almost single-handedly screwed up our season last time round, with a little help from Ayling's absence.
Speculation about the future of Jack Marriott has intensified after the striker missed Peterborough United's friendly against Gainsborough Trinity tonight. The 23-year-old was originally on the team-sheet to take on the non-league side but pulled out of the game just minutes before kick-off. Owner Darragh MacAnthony has confirmed that Derby County have at least three separate offers for the 33-goal striker while Bristol City are thought to have seen a bid rejected earlier in the summer. Leeds United and Nottingham Forest are also said to be interested in signing last year's League One Golden Boot winner - although Posh's asking price, reported to be £6m, has proved to be a stumbling block in clubs' negotiations. Who knows if he is worth it but if we bid £11m for Vydra why can't we afford £6m for this guy?
Never supported anyone but Leeds and couldn’t give a toss whether you listen to my opinions or not, at the end of the day, yours are only made up to make you feel more important than you really are
