What the f uck are you having for Dinner thread..

Eating roasted chicken, sticky rice n chilli dip with some holy beer in the old market.

Last leg of my hols, drove to Alicante this morning to meet my bestie off the cruise ship. First pint downed at 11:30. Been for lunch at a Venezuelan restaurant. Was ****ing awesome. Yuca chips, haloumi chips and empanadas to start. I had steak
In special negro sauce. Was grim if I’m honest. No idea what the negro sauce was.

 

Just had a plate of bacon and lava bread.

 

It's basically made from unrefined sugar cane and stout beer, not a fan.

 

Just had ribs from the butchers in a marinade of stuff . Salad and a few bits . Tasty .

 

Mrs j and me are having dinner at the old inn at Holt. Dorset .

A pint for me and . Filo wrapped prawns , stilton mushrooms , cheesy chips , onion rings .


Oh yes . And a mixed salad .

 

Stir fried pork with ginger, red chilli & green peppercorns with rice.

 

Yesterday’s festival food was a brummie cheese steak.

Today I’m going to have some Thai food and some Greek food. Photos to follow.

 

Didn't bring any food to work so gonna have to grab something ****... Probably some chicken n chorizo savoury rice which will be tasteless n cost way more than it's worth.

 

Had pai and tandoori roti, bought form a local place

Pai are sheep trotters in a spicy sauce. A delicacy

 

Can’t imagine sheep feet being nice

 

Microwave Spaghetti and Meat balls for one

 

Chuck some cheese on it for a treat and stop moaning.

 

Try telling the Sheep that .

 

Cheese ? NO WAY , not on Pasta anyway Cannot abide cheese on Pasta , though I like cheese .

 

I suppose it's just little bits of lamb/mutton but why bother just get a leg

 

Make it into a sandwich then, that'll work.

 

No bread , and I'm not walking out in this heat .

I agree , that sounds like an idea if I throw out the pasta

 

Tonight's feast was;
Swordfish, new potatoes, some cherry peppers filled with cream cheese and salad. All washed down with a moretti.
