Good news for Germany, considering who Ozil's been pledging allegiance to lately...

...yes, I am aware that photo can be taken one of two ways.

I just turned on BT Sport to see if anything interesting was on. It wasn't.
Dundee are playing at Dunfermline on the BTS3, it's 1-0 to the hosts and there's about 25 minutes left.
The channel's just come back from an ad break that lasted several minutes! <laugh>

How the **** do you have a break in the middle of the bloody half?! Madness.
In Spurs related news, Steven Caulker's just been subbed on for the visitors.

It's a Scottish League Cup group game. Who decided that adding groups would help that competition?!

A vast majority of the planet doesn't, be it Scandinavian teams who need a long winter break for obvious reasons, or the entirety of South America due to July being the middle of winter for them

    We're talking about Scotland though.
    It's not mid winter there.
    Autumn maybe.

Chelsea are close to signing veteran England goalkeeper Robert Green, 38, as cover in a surprise free transfer.

Hopefully this leads to what usually happens to Premier League clubs who signed Rob Green.

Brighton have signed Iran winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh from Dutch club AZ Alkmaar for an undisclosed club record fee, reported to be £17m

Will be interesting to see how he gets on with Tomer Hemed and Biram Kayal ( Israelis who play for Brighton )

Fulham have signed German World Cup-winning forward Andre Schurrle on loan from Borussia Dortmund.

Could he be another that left Chelski in order to come back and have a great season

Might check the odds on Fulham grabbing a Europa Cup place at the end of the season. Getting in some interesting players this season. Will the curse of mass changes strike though and see them struggle to integrate them all?

The headlines are all crowing how Saltypool beat The Sheikh Mansour Team, which obviously means this year something something - but then you compare the teams they put out...

Pretty sure most teams wouldn't have much trouble playing against that lot.
