True very true , at present with no influx and a new manager if im wrong i apologise but im sure bielsa said at his initial interview in front of the press that he thought the present players were good enough , and bielsa was supposed to have watched all last seasons videos of matches , which videos he was watching i have no idea as it cannot of been videos of leeds united players ( maybe the videos got mixed up with real madrid players as they play in all white ) either that or bielsa needs his eyes testing , and yes not speaking a word of english will not help , imagine trying to get his point across at half time only 15 mins no chance , my expectations of bielsa is he will be sacked by christmas either that or they will take him away in a lunatic straight jacket as they usually do at HELL ON EARTH ROAD HA HA !!

 

I am also worried about the lack of quality opposition leeds utd are playing in their friendlies before the season begins , this has been a few seasons now that we arrange games with teams of lower standings , we might get a result against these teams but it does not test the players fully .

I don't read too much into friendlies Sniffer. Regarding new signings, I'm as frustrated as the next man. Still I'm a glutton for punishment and can't wait for the Stoke game..

 

Hopefully we have eleven professionals on that day to make up a team

I understand what you mean Sniffer. But if the side get hammered in those games, it'll do more harm to the players confidence IMO. At least the teams we are playing are English and you'll know that they'll up their game and give you a physical match.

 

It’s perfectly obvious how much progress we have made without getting battered by decent teams. That starts next weekend.
