Morning all from a part of the country that has a comfortable get on and do things temperature. I think my vegetables are doing better this year because I started them off earlier than normal. As I was in England for my daughters wedding our normal holiday weeks were put on hold until later in the year and the seed germinated better because it wasn't so hot. Maybe I will have to follow this pattern next year.
Morning all from a warm and dry rural France. No rain expected in the near future, so both mine and daughters watering to keep me occupied. Daughter and her family are on holiday in Italy, and spent last night in a hotel at the top of a mountain somewhere. The problem was their car didn't make it up the mountain, and it sounds as if the clutch has rebelled. Breakdown service has collected the car and taken it to a garage, but they are currently without transport. Seeing as this is a touring holiday with overnight stops at different locations, it seems that they have a problem. Not sure how many car hire companies will be open in a remote mountain village in Italy on a Sunday.
Morning all, it is already above warm, but not quite hot. I wonder if there is a temperature when it goes from one to the other? Daughter and family have been provided with a hire car while their broken down one awaits inspection in Italy. The seven seater one has been exchange for a small Fiat 500. I am still wondering how they can get five of them, plus luggage into one.
That's my sixth and final bladder full of TB, off to Norwich on Wednesday for a week then off to Sunderland at the end of August for a long weekend then back to hospital mid September for a look inside the bladder to see what's what. Fingers crossed
Afternoon all, a bit of a plumbing problem here this morning, so have been busy since early on. It is now hot, too hot to work outside, so retiring to the cool of the house while the Tour is on.
OK you lovely people, I'm off to bed! Night all Night H Very early start tomorrow but I have WiFi at the hotel so I'll be back on later.
