Clifton Green and Pendlebury, rough as badgers arses. Went to secondary school in Farnworth, which is where Phoenix nights is filmed and is a land that time forgot, amongst many the country over. Can't be arsed to post pics though.

Used to score weed and acid on the Ferrier estate in Kidbrooke and helped my mate dump his old Suzuki SJ410 in a lake on the Thamesmead estate so he could claim the insurance

The block at the top is on the verge of falling down too so will be demolished before too long. This is right on the shore as well so could be such a nice area so it's a shame really. Absolutely rife with crack and heroin.
I'm not that fecking old But the reason I started supporting Arsenal was because a mate of mine lived on Hector Street in Plumstead, and in his back garden were the remains of some of the original terracing from the old Invicta ground that Woolwich Arsenal used to play at. Seeing that for the first time was like a ****ing magical calling for me.
I think it started off somewhere in London but as the program became more popular they moved the filming somewhere else?

Ferrier gone. Pepys has been tarted up, not sure if it's as bad as it was in the 80's. Thamesmead is still an utter ****hole, home of HMP Belmarsh prison. I used to have to catch a bus in Woolwich to go to college back in the day and they'd transport high security prisoners along the road between Belmarsh and the courts. It was like a scene from a movie. Two Police motorbikes would come and block off side roads, then another two would follow behind, then a squad car, followed by the prison bus, another squad car behind and backed up with two more motorbikes. I used to wonder what sort of nasty ****ers were in that prison wagon as it raced by.
