Who is left of our loyal fan base going? I am, like I did at Eastbourne last Saturday, and at Tooting and Mitcham on Tuesday to see the Dulwich game.
I’m hoping to be there - I’ll message you if i go & we can meet up. Just awaiting updates from unreliable progeny ...
HT Crawley 0 Charlton 1 goal by Joe Aribo, a header from a corner. Fosu taken off injured in the first half. Now Lyle Taylor has limped off. Team Phillips, Solly, Bauer, Pearce, Page, Aribo, Forster- Caskey, Fosu, Taylor Grant Subs Doughty for Fosu and Morgan for Taylor.
It finished Crawley 0 Charlton 2. The second goal scored by Grant. He intercepted a back pass and chipped the keeper. I hope Fosu and Taylor are ok.
Blimey. We haven't had much luck lately, so we could do with these two injuries being no more than painful knocks. Lee Bowyer has said he won't sign players for the sake of it, but I hope he does not backtrack on that and give contracts to players who don't deserve them just because it offers him a short term fix for this crop of injuries.
Fosu is starting to appear injury prone after his mishaps last season. At least we have got a big squad we can rely on...oh ..hold on At least we have got a fantastic highly committed new Aussie owner we can relay on....whoops We are in deep sh1t.
We've still got fans who won't bend over when ordered to Doesn't mean we aren't in trouble, just that most of us will never settle for the state the Club has been reduced to.
Duchatelet is kicking us in the bollox yet again. By deliberately leaving us with a p1ss weak squad he knows full well what will is inevitably happen. And the handful of injured players due back in September/ Oct are all career sicknotes. I do hope we are not banking on Igor Vetekole
They won’t have this particular long serving fan for the home games. I’m done at the Valley now until Two Sh1ts goes. Just the aways for me. Morally I can no longer justify acquiescencing in the murder of a football club, which is what it would feel like.
This is how I feel.I just can't sit by and watch a club that I love and have supported since 1961 die a death by a thousand cuts. When two ****s goes I will buy a Season ticket. Even though I have bought one for Welling.
The only thing that might force him to hasten his departure IMO are sub-4000 home gates. I won’t miss the home games as watching this rag bag army struggle isn’t enjoyable anyway and I’m not giving Two Sh1ts £27 to watch Shrewsbury !
All fans, not just CARD, need to organise a proper boycott of the first home game v Shewsbury. #Target3500
Without being melodramatic, if Duchatelet stays I think this is the year the club’s luck runs out. League 2.
