Sometimes it's said that the punishment doesn't fit the crime, also sometimes it's said that judges are completely out of touch with reality. As there's a guilty verdict the kid is now free to sue the guy in civil court for millions. in yankland the guy would be bankrupt.

Yup you would. In yankland if a football star did that the club and player would be sued. Even if he is a plasterer he should have to pay componsation

The judges words were that people shouldn't take the law into their own hands but then issues a suspended prison sentence that will probably never be served. It's there any wonder people take the law into their own hands? The guy deserves a bat around his skull, ****!
I liked the "low risk of reoffending" probation report considering he had a previous conviction for battery .
