he doesn't want to play for Milan anymore and the fans hate him plus Milan have FFP issues and are struggling for cash

But they'll have a choice of clubs to sell to. He'd be in demand if he became available.

possibly, but it might just be ourselves and Roma when Courtois goes to Real.

Realistically who else wants a keeper and i doubt Roma are going to overpay. I reckon you could snag him for 25m - 40m depending how desperate milan are.

Milan are currently in line to being banned from Europy.

I like Kaspar Schmeichel. He has great distribution and he's not too bad overall.

I don't think i want him if we're paying north of 30m which i think Leicester will want at a minimum. He's 31, and even though he's generally solid, he's been a bit inconsistent past 2 years since he's won the league. I don't know why but i don't think he's in the top keeper class (just 1 below) and if we get him, i don't feel like he'd be our long term keeper so i don't feel like we should be paying long term keeper prices.

Possibly, but which rich CL club are in for him?

I think for most players, if you had a chance of CL but half the money or Europy with double the money but with a good chance of CL the season after, which one would you pick?

Monaco will probably need a Subasic replacement sooner or later. They have a knack of signing elite young players as well.

Doubt Monaco will have the bunce. They don't spend too big. They did have that golden period but they weren't brilliant last season

PSG probably a no. They've just signed Buffon and have that other number 1. If he does go there he could be jeopardising his future (depends how confident he is) as he could end up on the bench.

As for Napoli, again i don't see them spending big money and Reina did fine for them last year - see alisson thread for how he's a better keeper (stats wise)

I forgot about Buffon going to PSG. <doh>
You appear to have forgotten about Reina too though, as he's joined Milan.

    Didn't forget. Didn't know!!!!!!!.

maybe Napoli could prize donnarumma away. If there is one thing about the Italians is that they normally like to stay domestically.

The only plus (if we were to even try for him, who the **** knows) is that Sarri is well regarded.

Standard. I've no idea what our targets are, for the most part.

Aren’t they due the/ part of the Mbappe money now? If so, they’ll be minted and could easily afford Donna.

they got paid loads last year as well but i doubt they are going to splurge and offer him silly money. Not the Monaco way but i might be wrong.

Depends what Milan would want/ how desperate they are to sell an asset. £30m-£40m would be a good investment. At Monaco he’d either remain first choice keeper for plenty of years or see his value double/ triple over a couple of years and thus make a tidy profit if they decide to sell.

yup, i think 30-40m be a bargain but would he choose monaco over chelsea if chelsea offer him big bucks. He'll be first choice in both teams but i guess he'll have CL footie whereas at Chelsea he'd have more exposure and more money.

I know which one i think he'll pick
