The Swedish keeper has impressed me. CBs have really stood out this tourney, Godin, Mina and Granqvist as listed have all been good, then so has Maguire, Stones, Dave Sanchez (big up, Dave!), Gimenez, Miranda and probably one or two others I’ve forgotten.
I heard you, CR7 and @Matth_2014 are blowing out the football for Pride tomorrow. Get Matth on these with CR7 on the back: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...rainbow-World-Cup-shirts-celebrate-Pride.html
Courtois has already made it clear that he’s leaving. Hazard was brilliant tonight and proved that when he’s in the mood he can be top class. Both will want CL football next season.
He does not inbred tbf My updated team: Courtois Godin Mina Varane Vrsaljko Kante Golovin Hernandez Hazard Mbappe Perisic
Trippier and Vrsaljko both excellent. You could just put the AM defence in the side and be done with it Vrsaljko GImenez Godin Hernandez/Filipie Luiz
I think Tripps has been superb, even surprised me with how good he was and I’m one of his biggest fans on the Spurs board. Solid defensively and created the most chances of any player in the tournament, not to mention the free kick vs Croatia. Vrsaljko been great, so was Pavard but just think Tripps was better.
