Obviously it's not good to finish far down the table and being inconsistent. Every year you should be striving for number 1 status but to argue that going 1st 10th 1st 5th is on par with finishing 3rd/4th every year is the sort of WUM material saved for HIAG

The debate isn't about you not having the financial power and achieving well on your budget. It was about you thinking it's better to be 3rd/4th every year over winning a title and falling down for a bit
