Grayson probably doesn't want to quit the job at his boyhood team. I'm not saying he's great, I think he has many flaws tactically etc. but if we are talking strictly about the way this club is being run with transfers, wages etc. then he's not to blame. How anyone can put the blame of us selling Gradel on him is beyond me.

I agree, some can assume that Grayson has no fight when it comes to Bates. He cannot force Bates to back him in the transfer market. What's the alternative for him? Resign? What good would that do? All the man can do is get on with it and do the best he can with the squad he's got. Mistakes have been made but look back a few seasons and see how far he's brought us. Be patient fellow whites.

As a fan of any club no matter how unhappy you are that your better players are leaving, you accept it, and support what is wheeled out in front of you. Does Bates actually want us to get relegated again so he can pay the players fcuk all again while still charging top whack prices and pocket the money again? Any transfers with fees where we sell have become "undisclosed" because Bates doesn't want us to know how much money he is basically stealing from the club. If you ever had any doubt about the motives of Bates, this is surely it made transparently clear. We nuture and make a player out of one that Leicester failed with, he becomes a hot property and rather than pay him a good wage, Bates sells him. Why would any player, other than the donkey's, cripples and loanees looking for some exercise come to Leeds now?
