That and ginger bottles. They're very good at throwing ginger bottles at you from a distance. At least they were back in the 1990s. It's all plastic these days. Mind you, they rarely hit you with the glass ones. Due to their poor diet and large intake of alcohol and drugs they barely had the strength to throw the bottles more than six feet.
High level table tennis is the most physically demanding sport I've played. I used to play water polo too and it's nowt compared to the old ping pong. Maybe bog snorkelling is up there with the tough bastards too?
