Urgh. Offering membership discounts that differentiate between under 21s and over 65s, when the membership scheme makes no such distinction. What a mess.

As far as I can see we haven't released any ticket details for the home friendly against Newcastle next week. I'm sure I've just missed it though, I can't imagine our club leaving it so late...

Anyway, Newcastle have had them on sale for a week and they are priced at £7.50 or £9. No concessions.

    They've sold 2,500 tickets apparently.

You haven't missed anything, ours aren't on sale yet.

They've probably just discovered that the new card loading entry system doesn't work.

They told me yesterday that it would be today. That is 24 hours though and we know how long that is.

    They are now on sale.

They can be loaded on to your card. Finally, they've only been promising this for years.

Thay are £7.50 in zone 1 and £9 in zone 2 and 3.

I wonder how many people threw out their membership card from last season, imagining that they would get a new one sent out? I think this will be a big issue in the run up to the Villa game.

The loading onto pre-existing monthly d/d membership cards isn't working, I have tweeted Vicki to sort it out with ticketing team. When you get to check out it only gives e-ticket and paper ticket options. Hopefully Vicki will get back to me tomorrow with a fixed system.

People buying tickets to be posted are getting emails to say it’s been loaded on their card, despite them not actually having a card.

You’ve at least got to admire the club for their consistency, they’re consistently ****ing useless at everything.
