A mate's lad spent many years in hospital. As far as he was concerned it was just normal and he dealt with it really well. My mate on the other hand suffered everytime. G'night mate.
When I was in , I was in isolation for 5 days . Now that was boring . Mind you , spent ages on the net and watching tv that I would not have bothered with before . Hope they let you out soon !

Pretty weak tbh. Muscle tone has virtually gone so .v2 slow re-build starts tomorrow. Got some hyperbolic mass stuff to start putting the calories back in and going to set up a short exercise regime that I can build up over time. Tomorrow will literally be walking a few hundred yards down the road and back in the morning. Pain is now managed and nausea has gone so now its about building up my strength during chemo and before, touch wood, my operation.
