One my best mates is half Turkish. Fener and Spurs are his teams. Imagine the pain he’s had to endure over the past 12 or so months: Sign Soldado Loan Janssen Was strongly linked with Wilshere. Brief rumour of Wenger taking charge. Now may potentially loan Janssen, Sissoko and Nkoudou.
He should acknowledge our pain. We spent over £80m on that lot. At least he knows they're gonna be cheap and won't be getting his hopes up. That said, I'm hoping not to see most of them again.
It's been very difficult to ignore the absence of Janssen and GKN in our training galleries for the past few days. Janssen supposedly recovered from his ankle fracture at the end of the season, while GKN doesn't have any reported injuries, so I can only assume they've been deployed to help work on NEW STADIUM while the players we have plans for are in training.
He’s a Spurs ST holder so fully acknowledges our pain, he’s basically just having to endure the pain twice over! The only upside he tried saying is that Turkish league is **** so they should look half decent.
I can see an obvious issue with this: as the Turkish sites link half their league with us every season, any one of them performing well would see countless posts about them returning...

It turns out that Swansea's new signing Joel Asoro could have joined us, as we'd agreed a fee of £2.5m - only for Asoro to demand wages of £25k and, ridiculously, his agent to try and slap a £4m agent's fee onto the deal. For some strange reason we ended negotiations on the spot...

What is the consensus here on the Grealish rumours? When i first heard them (probably prior to WC) i was like "WHAT THE HELL? NO WAY! He's a moron" but i've read a bunch of reports and interviews with the lad and he seems to have turned his life around a bit. Lots of talent and fills a homegrown hole we seem to have given ourselves (partly due to the ridiculous rule that means Dier and Davies are "foreign"). I'm more pro the more i think about it.
