Let's see if Lamela's choice of footwear can drag Spurcat back onto the board... please log in to view this image
I love his "patented style of play". In the last few seasons, it's become scoring the odd goal, showing just how ridiculously slow he's become and taking out his frustration by trying to injure opponents. It seems a strange thing to patent, buy hey, that's America.
Rooney is known for frequently deceiving his wife Colleen is more like it. And European Premier League? What's all of that about? We'll have to cancel Brexit. I doubt if there was a Spanish or French granny among them.
What's up everyone? I've been missing a couple of years after some major life changes. Good to see a bunch of the old crew i remember are still here.
Truth. I never gave up Spurs. I get to watch more Spurs games now i'm in the US than i did in England. Just less of them are actually at the stadium
So welcome back to the : 1. Annual "who will we sign/sell this summer, and when ??" 2. How will Spurs overcome their perennial slow PL season start ?? More so when so many squad players were on prolonged WC duty. 3. Will new WHL be ready on time for the first PL game as planned ?? < you haven't missed much >
We still allow swearing right?.......I'll try to refrain. In general it's good. The people here are great and certainly the people i hang out with are very accepting of different cultures/ethnicities/etc etc. The worrying thing is the seemingly growing number of people that aren't. Undoubtedly fuelled by the ****maggot (oops, my bad) that somehow managed to get in office. I just try and stay away from anything related to him now because it just enrages me so much. Hopefully the US populace can do it's job and make him a lame duck in the elections in November. That's the best we can hope for. Pence might well be less infuriating but more damaging, he's a scary dude. The damage Trump can cause by November, especially if it looks like he will have nothing to lose is worrying though. The supreme court pick is likely to reverse legal abortions in a bunch of places and he can probably start a war in that time. Should probably have put that in the politics thread. In other news, it's chuffing hot and i'm melting
Welcome back! But I'd stay away from our Politics thread if you want to manage your blood pressure - it's a hotbed for us Dumpf-haters
