... desperate Quents ... truly desperate ... go to bed lad ... if Harry Kane had done his given job as well as Harry Maguire did... we might have won it ...

It's obviously hurting you that the best finish at this World Cup by an Englishman called Harry... wasn't by Mr Kane... <laugh>

Go to bed Quents ... you are making yourself look even more of a dick than usual <doh>

Yep, if Vardy had been where Kane was for that simple tap in he missed we could have been in the final.

Did you notice we could carry 3 Spurs players but every time a 4th came on we lost?

  4. He wouldn't have been there.

I know you don't like to admit that, but it's true.

The Hurra was sorely let down by the rest of the Spurs lads, especially Stirling, who cost England dear.

Or do you expect the Hurra to do everything?

  6. Only when the ball is hoofed up to him.

Kane makes his own magic happen.

Which is just as well with the shower of ****e that he has around him (Alli and Trippier excepted, of course).

  8. There's no luck about it.

In the last three seasons, Kane's won the Golden Boot twice and came runner up in the other.

Now, he's added the World Cup to his Golden Boot collection.

    The bloke is a phenomenon.

Harry was top scorer at the World Cup despite being supported by an unfit/ injured Dele, Lingard who only turned up for the first two games and Sterling who didn’t turn up for any...

If only we had a KDB/ Hazard/ Rodriguez/ Eriksen in the side to actually create some regular chances for him and others.

England desperately need a creative midfield player to help Kane move on to the next level.

Hopefully, Southgate will have a word with Poch about creating one from our Academy.

Yeah, we just had no one creating clear cut chances.

Pains me to say it but maybe Wilshire could’ve come in handy. Or someone like Shelvey.

The bloke is static and adds very little to a team, he is very lucky to be playing for Spurs where everything is focused on him.
Golden boot winner, 4 penalties <laugh>

Can't argue with that, they also need a striker that creates space and makes runs.

If Kane was a magician he would be Tommy Cooper. Excellent at fecking up his tricks and comedy gold. For the third place game he might as well have stayed in the dressing room. As for leadership potential I'd place him in the General Custer category.
