I don't get people who don't care about this competition, it is our most realistic chance of a trophy. Lots of biggish clubs have gone out already and with a kind draw we could go all the way. I would love another day out at Wembley to remember.
Lambert..classy and cool. What a bargain at 1 million compared to the inflated prices being asked for strikers.
In all fairness my friend, I'm not entirely bothered by this. I'm not quite sure how I lack class, wisdom and intellect from my showing on an internet forum. This is probably by far the worst of all the saints forums so why the need to be serious? I am on much more serious forums such as III, and sports forums such as the gang green. It's just slightly amusing how on this forum, people bite so easily to a valid view.
I wouldn't say he was a bargain for that price, more a value for money purchase. A bargain is Jack Cork.
On OS, it says Lambert's goal was 6 yd tap in. Technically yes, but he ran from midfield, outpaced a defender, rounded the keeper and cooly slotted home.
He's so fit now he probably is fairly quick. Players do look quicker than they are when they are sharp.
Good to see that we put Hoskins on the bench like I said we would and he got a super quick cameo(to get used to things) which is still good,he looks like a great prospect.I'm happy that Nigel is commited to the clubs vision, good to see.
sounds like di canio flipped at one of his players, they pushed di canio and got into a row with a teamate
Apparently leon clarke the swindon striker had an argument with di canio on the pitch and refused to go to the dressing room, the last i heard was that someone brang his clothes out and he was getting dressed on the pitch.
