I assume we do, it divides our gardens so I imagine we're equally responsible for it. There's gaps appearing all over it now as it wears down, both our kids peek through it which is quite funny considering the usual etiquette about ignoring your neighbours when you're in your back garden. Little pair of eyes watching you haha.

You usually own the fence on the left of your garden looking out from your house. But sharing with the neighbours can have other benefits.
