Sadly there are lots of documents signed like this for big businesses. This was a commercial decision based on the fact that it is cheaper to be done for unfair dismissal than keeping them on. Ruthless perhaps but not uncommon.
Fans are still not getting it !!!! .....From day one the Club has been going Backwards with the Americans not caring where or what Division we play in and are selling every best player they can for a profit and cutting the wage bill.......Yes they will pocket a %age of all transfers but the majority goes into the Clubs Coffers and there is Millions in there that they can use on all types of deals and of course the running cost's for the season + wages....They dont need to spend a penny of their own money.....They pay Huw a great salary plus all expenses and use him as a figure head and that is a small price to pay to deflect the flack from the yanks......I can see the American contingent and Huw Staying at the club for as long as they will be making money and then they will think about selling the club and any assets they acquire for as much as they can...The game of football is of no concern to them....

It was YOU that was banging on about the investment the Yanks were going to make. Everyone else on this forum was complaining about the lack of investment. You always turn a situation around to suit yourself and fail to grasp that some of us can see right through you. Pathetic.
Wrong.....I like to give people a chance and the benefit of the doubt but from the end of the season till now it is obvious they dont care or are interested where or what league we play in........I can see us getting a number of hammerings this season and getting relegated again, Where are the quality players to save us.....

We've supposed to have finalised the deal for the lad from Sunderland and completed the transfer pf Bartley to WBA and Montero was also supposed to back by the weekend. So far Zilch what a surprise.
