No doubt he certainly played well against Leeds, but then you read reports when he is anonymous.

That poster didn’t have a plot to lose in the first place...
Sensible posts they have ever made are rarer than millionaires in Bradford.

Think mr radrizanni better start praying bielsa is the messiah. If we end up near the arse end of the league come September/October it's going to be a long season of discontentment. Totally underwhelmed with whole set up at the minute but hope new manager proves me wrong

Aye, Pat, but it's the source of the info that counts. In this case, it's found in the last line ....

"It studied the fortunes of seven million shareholders from the registers of the top 500 companies".

Says it all. I can't for a second imagine they investigated seven million people to establish their true wealth. More likely it simply measured only the investment of a specifically named person, so I'm sure there are loads of people who still have £50 of British Gas shares, who no doubt would be recorded as being worth £50 in this survey.

Most millionaires use a variety of financial instruments to invest, and generally in a global manner. The filthy (or clever) rich don't want anyone knowing where their money is, and are very careful. The phrase 'offshore investments' springs to mind. Also, I'm sure there are hundreds of drug dealers who are millionaires, and I can't see them lumping it all into shares.

Just to be clear, btw, I have no idea where you would find most millionaires. The chap from the pub clearly rubbed shoulders with loads of them in Bradford, so Mike has simply related the chap's view, which has some substance, but is comparable to this article in its veracity.

I can also report that I too am a millionaire. Sadly though, only when measured in Macedonian Denars. <wah>

Sigh I despair of this place sometimes.

I left this place two years ago due to the fact that a certain poster was unable to accept the evidence from an economics professor from Oxford University about this Bradford thing. I came back when that poster was banned, I said I would leave when he was reinstated, but was told things would be different so why on earth are we still talking about a two year old conversations just because someone was unable to accept any factual evidence that disagreed with his point of view.

And people wonder why I don't post very often

Well I guess its my opinion that talking about a topic from over two years ago, just because a certain someone doesnt like factual evidence is a waste of this boards time ;)
