I'd like a new DM & CF personally, but the defence needed a serious overhaul and we were width light as our best winger had to become our CF

 

better than leicester that opens 3 mins after it closes.

 

Be interesting to see Fredericks in the Prem. He and Adam Smith were coming through with us at similar times but ultimately we couldn’t find space for them due to having Walker and others RBs. Both looked good prospects though and Smith has gone on to do really well with Bournemouth.

 

CM playmaker I think. Don’t really know much about him tbh.

 

The player I'm most looking forwards to seeing in the Prem is Sessegnon, he's looked good at championship level and, if he can do the same in the prem, England's chances improve dramatically.

 

Yeah he looks an unreal talent.

Most of the Championship’s best players will be in the Prem this season so will be interesting to see how they step up.

Sessegnon, Fredericks, Maddison, Neves, Helder Costa, Jota... Grealish too if he signs for us. Only one that I can think of so far that seems set to be staying down is Ollie Watkins but if he has another decent season he’ll definitely be in the Prem, whether that’s with Brentford or elsewhere.

 

Me neither but at least we've signed someone at last!

 

We've done a lot of early business too and for the first time in about 3 years we seem to be addressing areas we need.

One more attacking player (though I'd prefer two) and we'll be set, cautiously optimistic for the season ahead.

 

We won’t be joining that party until an hour before deadline. Looking forward too it though!

Yep same happened here. Deadline day was a done deal but the chairman ****ed us last minute.

 

Pep will be smashing pot Noodles all over Alderley Edge as we speak, Fred laughed in his face and now Jorginho has told him to get ****ed in favour of Europa League football.
