Well my last year of college, they came third in the league behind us and Alton, and then we beat Alton in the cup final. That would suggest, they got beaten several times. That was 07/08.

All of you took the words right out of my mouth, Martin is young, he is talented, he is developing, we rejected a bid from West Ham (prem team at the time), non-league is full of un-tapped talent and as Jen said Smalling is now a Prem player now in the England squad!! So wait for him to get the games like tonight under his belt and watch him blossom into a top CB!! 2-0 at half-time, good start would like a nice early second half goal then bring on a young'un!!

Also many English school boys do make it if they work for it!! I have one friend who signed for Leeds this summer and another having trials at a couple of Champ clubs. Both were in the schools team!!

 

We beat Itchen in the Hampshire Cup this season. They scored in the last minute then we went the other end and equalised! We then scored in extra time and won! Amazing

DiCanio really is a bit of an unknown as a manager. He reminds me a bit of Gus Poyet, with a fiery personality, however unlike Poyet he has not got the coaching background history and wonder if he and his appointment are a little rash.
