Go have a read back. If you dare. If nothing else, it will remind me of the nonsense you posted. I'll let you off & assume you were plastered. I think it's fair to say that you might blush profusely. I think I saved you from going down a racist rant route.

If you do read back & fail to blush, hopefully you will have remembered why you asked me the question. If you tell me, I will answer. As it was, it was turning into a session at the immigration desk. Over to you. Your silence on the matter will confirm your prickishness.

Think I've read a lot of this script a few times over the years. Kane scoring accidental goals, Antenucci would have scored far more etc ... etc .... <doh>

Typical Scots reading things that were never there.
I suggested that you sounded like a Millwall supporter, this obviously got your back up. You started with the buckets of Sh-te. But still said I could have called you worse, I could have called you English.
To which I replied by asking you how long you had lived in England.
You replied 60 years this coming Sunday.
I then asked if you supported home rule for Scotland, this you declined to answer.
At no time did I bring racist comments into the conversation.
I don't know how old you are but having lived in England for 60 years I would have thought it would have taken the anti English edge off you some what.
My Scots farther in law God rest him, was exactly the same. Always hate the English no matter what.
I remember a fishing trip up in the highlands many years ago asking the locals if there was any decent salmon fishing available. Their rather aggressive response was no the bloody English had bought it all. My response was but who sold it to the English in the first place.
I would suggest that you are reading something that was never their in the first place.

You've practically written a book about us on your own. Just about as accurately as a red top 'reporter' would do. <doh>

No I've wrote a book on your bitterness, but scotland,no,how can you mean anything to us,you never qualify and play in the same competitions. If we draw you in qualifying, you roll over and give us the points, nothing to hate about that from us.

Hilarious. Any typical re-writing of history by the english.

You only read what you want to read.

Show me exactly where you said "To which I replied by asking you how long you had lived in England".

I think you'll find that you did no such thing.

And that's the whole point - english arrogance. Scotland is part of our country. england is not our country. Britain is not synonymous with england, though you obviously think so.

As regards the Highlands, I suggest you do some reading up on history before you stick your uneducated oar in. Start with the ethnic cleansing known as the 'Highland Clearances'. During this atrocity, the english landlords decided that it was more productive to rear sheep than have tenants in the Highlands. Notice given to tenants? None. Instant eviction. With nowhere to go, they took to ships to The Americas & Antipodes with only the clothes they stood in, and little food or water (initially they could take money, until the english government discovered this & took it from them). Tens of thousands of Scots died in the process. To this day, there are strong Scottish communities throughout the world due to this war crime. But no, the english are all very correct gentlemen, aren't they?

Oh, and it was never sold to the english. It was taken.

Suck it up and be quiet Chesh, there's a lad.

We were all knocked out of the World Cup at one point, now none of us are left.

    All equal has-beens.

    Out and forgotten.

Think your a bit confused jock, the king or queen may have taken things off scotland, but parliament only had power much later. You never had wars with parliament only kings and queens. And it wasn't just the English, plenty of scots fought against your French,Irish, scots army.

I stand by everything I said. This has been the worst World Cup ever for cheating & foul play. The statistics will never prove this, because referees, for the first time, were not issued instructions to crack down on certain behaviours, as in the past, e.g. enforcing the 10yd rule, injured players leaving the field of play, 'simulation' etc. Some teams took advantage of this. Indeed, it could be argued that most teams did, either collectively, or by a significant number of players. england are included in this, prolly in the latter group. Kane did indeed cheat for his penalty. Maradonna was correct. Yes, Kane was fouled too - but after he fouled first. You would have been aggrieved if a penalty was awarded were it the other way around. Henderson was an embarrassment, going down like he was shot. Are you really going to defend that? Really? I'm not going to say any more on the matter, as you're clearly biased & full of vitriol. My view was a personal one, and based on one game. For instance, the Sweden game was fairly incident-free (and fairly action-free too, tbh). Over here in the Balkans (you really must brush up on your geography), I have spoken to people from many nations about england in the WC. And been verbally attacked too, about england's play (indeed, many of the thought Columbia were whiter than white! I didn't). This is mainly because that they assume Scots, being geographically close to england, will support england. Which surprised me.Some were quite rabid about it - and before you say it, they were not all from the Balkans. Australians, people for the US (I refuse to say American in that context), Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Mexican (which I really didn't expect), and various others who I can't remember off the top of my head.

So no, not bitterness. My bias extends to the joshing & banter aspects of the WC. I reported what I saw & your blinkers wouldn't come off to even consider it. I don't expect that to change, even though I've reported a wider attitude to you. Do you actually know anyone from another country?
