Gutted. Proud Thank you Gareth for the journey and he waistcoat. PS Roy Keane is a pray and Wrighty should have decked him just now.
They also only win 10% of the games when they play in white. This meant that they had only a probability of only 0.01 chance of winning. i.e. 1 in a hundred chance. If you add to that the fact that footballers are in the main thick as two short planks they were sunk before they kicked a ball.
Just seen a pissed up beast of a man walking up the road with his mrs & young kid singing; 'Same old England, always losing...........' Now, that's the first sign of old England I've seen this World Cup. Ironic.
The ecstacy and the agony aye. Well done England for making the semi finals, they leave giving me the feeling I might not be dead the next time it happens (I'm 48) so, for that, I thank them. Such a shame to go out on a weak performance. They've been at their best playing fearlessly and freely without pressure and tonight the pressure was inescapable and it showed. Everything we've done so well was absent sadly. Southgate has a huge future ahead of him as manager of England, very pleased to have him in charge of our national pride. He will have learnt a lot I am sure and hopefully will recognise that tonight he needed to take control of this game and help out his players. When they lose it on the pitch, hes the one that needs to step up and change the game. C'est la vie, it over but it was wonderful while it lasted. ps Bertrand would have been brilliant at this tournament. Its a crime he wasn't on the pitch tonight.
Ditto. Except France, best team at the tournament for me and they are going to riot in the final. Its will be a whitewash is my prediction.
Proud of them. Fell a little short, perhaps a bit of naivety. If only we took those chances. Hopefully a sign of things to come. And almost forgot, Lovren is a twat.

Best team won. We failed to control the game after scoring. Should have done better in ball retention, gave it away too cheaply. But they can be proud of what they achieved and will learn from it.
I thought Perisic was superb. Tactically we didn't manage the game for a really long period of time. Their midfield ran rings around us and kept switching it exhausting our players who were getting dragged in-field to help Hendo then dragged out wide to help fullbacks. Better team on the night won. Let's beat Belgium, it's the least we deserve.
So we didn't go out on penalties, the match finished well over an hour ago and I've yet to see a single report of louts smashing up cities. It's like I don't know who we even are anymore.
Also think the officials missed a lot of times when the hall went out of play, or when we should have had a corner at the end. Plus rakitic falling over thin air. That was mind boggling.
How were spurs ever going to win the world cup when they can win **** all domestically? Not your fault Gareth blame Poch!!
75 minutes in all but yeah. I went to Sunderland that day under Poch so I know first hand what it's like!
