If you’d bothered to read what I’ve written you would have seen that I said his goals got us where we were tonight.

But he fluffed his lines tonight when he had a golden opportunity to put this game beyond Croatia.

Have to agree that the inexperience is what was our downfall in the end and this will always be remembered as THE missed opportunity.

Still been a good tournament and a lot to proud of, got the nation behind the team and showing pride in the team for the first time in donkeys.

Just a bit gutting how it came to an end... like you say, get the second in the first half and we're most likely looking forward to a final.
