Nothing wrong with crying mate. But please go and see a doctor before it gets worse mate.

I have a lot of experience in this field and various therapies available etc. You're welcome to PM me if you want some advice.

Maybe get some CBT or REBT treatment. The GP can refer you or some places you can self refer.

Chin up mate. You're a good lad.

And if you consume alcohol, stop doing it, it is a major depressant.

Matth, listen to Sky and get some help.
Posting on here that you are depressed is not going to help.
In all seriousness, you will likely find that people will take the piss online , more than anything else.

Hope you get feel better soon, and get some help mate. <ok>

I don't think people will take the piss about his depression. But in general people will take the piss... banter basically - I do. Ive always liked matth though and its all harmless.

Maybe not on this site, but there are some right a-holes out there.
On here, I doubt most would take the piss out of his depression specifically, but if you are feeling depressed, I would imagine the last thing you want is people bantzing you (for whatever reason), online.

In any event Matth, seek help, there is no shame in it.

The comments from some of the guys about seeking counselling is great advice Matth and you shouldn't dismiss the idea too quickly.

My wife had bereavement counselling last year and she benefitted from it immensely. I was also immensely proud of her for recognising her problem and for speaking to someone who was able to help her so well.

It could really help mate. It doesn't necessarily have to cost either...you can go through your GP or self refer via a group such as MIND.

    @Matth_2014

Listen to these people above mate. Speak to your GP, they will be able to refer you to get some support.

And don't take it as a sign of weakness, nobody is expected to go through the tough times alone and we all need help when it gets tough.

@Matth_2014 Deffo do what the lads say matey. See the GP, go from there. As Piskie says its not weakness, in fact being able to tolerate it for so long is what makes it worse when you break down <ok> Go tell the GP exactly how you feel, even that will lighten the load.

Been through a stint of depression myself some years back, worst thing you can do is simmer and keep it to yourself or shut yourself away from ppl. Good luck lad, hope you get sorted <ok> :emoticon-0165-muscl:emoticon-0165-muscl:emoticon-0165-muscl:emoticon-0165-muscl:emoticon-0165-muscl
