Parker has handed in a transfer request in order to push through his move now, seems he is headed our way. I assume that means he waives a compensation fee which shows his desire to move.

 

Correct - it means we don't have to pay out bonuses. It may also mean the deal was falling apart. I suspect the David's got close to what they wanted for him.
