This isn't true, but when the echo print it in a couple days time, it will keep his name flying around, thus speeding up his inevitable departure.
I thought he was settling into the U21s quite well, just keep him there if we don't ship him off in time.
Holloway has said the ball is in his court as he has Premier League interest. He is definitely going somewhere & my money is on Blackpool. Then we can all put this sorry saga behind us
Clubs can see we don't want him which is why he hasn't gone. We still want a good fee for him, but clubs will know the closer to deadline day we get, the more desperate we are to sell.
I'd prefer a loan till Jan, he always does well to start with, we lube the deal up then stamp it. I know some just want rid, but the club needs money for this guy, he has cost us in more ways.
He can then sign a pre-contract agreement as this is his last year of his contract... if he's under 24 we can get some compo but it will not be much if at all as we will not offer new terms (does anyone know the regs on this?). It would be better for everyone if he left now.
Upon hearing the Puncheon rumour, Eddie Howe said "I don't know anything about this, it's not ideal..."
My car is full with petrol ready to drive this prat to which ever club is stupid enough to take him on .......thats if his massive ego will fit in my car
