The thing about watching those old matches is how much time was wasted by passing back to the GK and him picking the ball up. That must be one of the most progressive rule changes in the modern game, I once watched a half on video at fast forward speed, the ball spent more time in the Goalie's hands than anywhere else.

There was a bloke who sounded like he knew what he was talking about on 5 Live earlier, he said that all you need to get a Fan ID is a ticket reference number. People have been posting pictures of their tickets on social media, so if you can find one just use that, as apparently they don’t check for duplicates. Sounds a bit dodgy but worth a try!

No you aren’t using someone else’s ID, you use your own, but apply for the FIFA Fan ID using someone else’s ticket number. That is perfectly legal.
So obtaining an ID card by deception is perfectly legal. Good luck with arguing that in a court of law. Not that that will happen. Just saying I wouldn't do it, but I'm not the one planning it.
