Hamilton makes less mistakes than vettel generally.

If his engine had not blown last time out he would still be in lead of wdc today.

If you build it up this much for home race you are always going to be disappointed

Imo Hamilton wanted a piece of the world cup glory going.on with the e lions shirt in build up and had all these records about to be broken.

    Of course he's annoyed

The first thing a driver is taught in defending and overtaking is the percentage of risk in where you position your car. The risk increases when you go to the outside, you are more likely to get collected or run out of road.

In general I’ve noticed an increase of drivers just rolling off the brake around the outside. There was plenty of room in that corner, Kimi caused the contact do it was fair for the punishment- just hope that stays consistent.

I thought it a bit inconsistent with vettel.

I think 10s was given as a home town call.

If he hit bottas I'll bet it would be 5 secondsbin sane scenario

    Nope.

I think he feels the pressure and thinks Haas have made their mind up.

I don't think he has really got the head right

I expected more childishness, in Lewis Hamilton terms this was his best behaviour infront of his "best fans". So I am surprised.

Kimi rightfully taking the blame and also not giving a **** about the booing. Top man.

It's just lovely isn't it. The ability to disregard Bottas as a sacrificial lamb, throw a strategist under the bus live on TV in Austria, and then both Lewis and Toto having their knickers in a twist even after a decent points haul. Lovely day.

Interestingly Hamilton has admitted that the race was lost when he got his bad start. So for all the muttering about Ferrari strategy and everything else he’s just pissed off with himself really.

    From said horses mouth.

Q: (Oliver Brown – The Telegraph) In the green room there seemed to be a fair degree of frustration, not to say anger, in your body language. You didn’t appear to even be looking in Kimi’s direction. Would that be a fair analysis of your emotions – because obviously so much riding on this for you?

LH: Not at all. No. It’s easy for you to sit and watch the race. I sweat my arse off in that race. I pushed absolutely 100, 1000 per cent. Every bit of energy I had. I didn’t have anything left when I came in. People expect you to get out of the car and wave and smile and all that. I gave everything I could, I was struggling to stand. It’s so physical nowadays. It’s different when you’re in the lead and can control the pace. I was coming from last. So, I didn’t have much to give at that time and needed to take a deep breath. I don’t have any problems with Kimi.

tbh Wolff is so desperate to please hamilton he is willing to row in behind tjis ridiculous bull.

first vettel was behind in championship and hits bottas... how the **** is that advantageous to Ferrari... whatsoever...

then Raikkonen goes out expecting to hit 1st place hamilton from 4th? ermmmm...

Wolff shpuld shut up and focus on more car improvements.

Ferrari were faster at a power track today. they have extended lead in championship slightly.

    the pressure is telling.

I don't know if your inbredness is causing your delusion there but there is no way in hell that the Merc is the best car atm or for the majority of the season so far. It's been the Ferrari and if you think otherwise you really should go to a mental institution.

Please don't insult other members here, we've never been like that here so please don't start now.

It's OK to disagree, and post counter points but there's no need for names.

I've been here long before you on here pal so respect your elder. The OP was clearly baiting for a response so he got it. Only rational viewpoints should be debated sensibly.
