Not sure I've had Dory. I was never a huge fish fan when I was younger, but would have swordfish, Salmon etc. several times a week now, if I could, especially in the summer. Still not a fan of fish that has a lot of bones in it.
I will add Dory fillets to our next order from the fish monger. Do you cook them the same way as swordfish?
Just lighty fry in butter. Not to long. Ginge uses garlic, I just use black pepper, and maybe a herb, whatever you fancy. Done with homemade chips, jobs a good in.
They are all very good. Really flavoursome (is that a word?). The orange one knocks your socks off. All should be drank ice cold. I could drink the Brooklyn Lager all day, which would be a problem! Might have to nip out for some now.
BBQ was a bit of a mess, tried a new butchers and it just wasn't very good the burgers I bought were terrible, going back to doing my own stuff.
