Yeah, mentioned it on the match day thread only yesterday. Had few last week and it gave me a banging head the next day, although it is very nice. Got some Moretti and Estrella cans in for the sunny weekend. Nowt fancy, just nailed on tasty in a hot bbq day.

So all bought stuff today from a good butchers. BBQ chicken legs, chili burgers and Tennessee burgers (whatever they are). Making a fresh salsa of raw red onion chopped tomatoes, toasted cumin, mixed peppercorns, smoked Tabasco and Worcester sce and some fresh thyme and chilli from the garden. Beers are Estrella, Duff and Gnarly Fox. Bullet Whiskey and Coke also ready to go. Sat out the back all day is the plan reading Bukowski Ham on Rye and drinking water right now, soon be beer time though.
You should try a swordfish steak mate. ****ing pricey, but superb. Put on foil, big knob of butter, pepper, any other herbs you fancy, sliced onion. Wrap it up. Hoy on BBQ. Topper.
I've had it now and then very nice, I prefer the darker tuna steak but both nice. I got up early and did all that needs to be done, In sitting out here until I go to sleep tonight.
Had swordfish steaks one night last week. Cooking technique pretty much the same, other than I used a couple of slices of lemon rather than onion. I did them in the oven,not on the BBQ
