I just dont remember such good football across the whole tournament. Its been fantastic, exactly what a world cup should be, the best teams playing the beautiful game.

And Germany and Argentina knocked out early. So perfect.

The thing that I’d forgotten was inflation rates in the last 52 years. The East Standing Enclosure ticket for the World Cup Final shown in that video was 10/-, or 50p in decimal currency!

Just getting round to watching the game (was at my son's football tournament). I still don't understand why Sterling and Alli keep getting picked! Sterling can't finish and takes fifteen minutes to see a pass.

 

Bloody Southerners!!! Uni twats and not many northern accents. Probs why they ended up backing down after gobbing off at the "oldie" northerners.
