    Now we've got all the dirty South and Central American teams out of the tournament perhaps we can finish off with some proper games.

    I was in a meeting this week where a vicar said a prayer to open the meeting - as he finished I added an extra request

    “.... and please God, don’t let England win the World Cup....” <laugh>

    Also there is a personal financial motive - my 1966 World Cup Final ticket wont go down in price if they don’t win it!

    Why would I support ingurland when I can support a quality team like Belgium? A quality manager like Martinez, who changed things to bring them back from defeat, against Japan, and has now out smarted the World Cup favourites Brazil, Football history in the making by 'Bobby Brown shoes'!!............<laugh>

    Belgium were superb, what a team. All their players tonight were immense, hope they win the thing now..

    Hazard, what a beautiful footballer, he has a completely committed team behind him as captain. Think if they get past the French, they will win. Congratulations Roberto too.
    Just wish we had a ‘Hazard’ type in our Welsh team.

    Think if England get past Sweden & Belgium beat France, they’ll have a ‘first team’ rematch with them in the final. Then on the day anything could happen. Although, I’ve not been the least bit impressed by England at all, such an average team, with no flair.
    Now Belgium, with their flair, would be worthy winners...

    World Champions Belgium!! That would be mental, seeing how well Wales have done against them in the last few years...
