Looked to me that Neymar had completely lost control of the ball (i.e. the ball was moving at fast pace to the bye-line so that he would never have been able to keep it in play) BEFORE Kompany clipped him. Hard to see a penalty being called for that. We're still in with a chance to avenge defeat against the Belgians.
